The Mission
Support/follow them in their journey through the participation in mentoring discussions and a series of other activities (for example group interactive workshops and individual coaching sessions).
The Results
As experience has shown since the 2012/2013 school year, the pupils benefit enormously from the individual and privileged exchange with a mentor in the professional field of their choice. The Mentor allows the young person to get a realistic view of the profession’s everyday life and the associated challenges.
